If you are hearing the bet placement beep but not seeing the bet appear on your ladder or in your unmatched bets area check you have got a pre-set stake selected
If you have the 'Net' Stake selected, and its value is currently £0 as shown on the 2nd ladder in the image below, then you are effectively trying to place a bet for £0.00 so you will hear the placement beep but no actual bet will be placed
