Do you offer telephone support

Due to cost restrictions, we are unable to offer telephone support. This enables us to keep the software cost as low as we can.

However, we provide extensive on-line support and additional guidance, and you can talk to other users and our support team on the forum.

We aim to respond to all queries raised as quickly as possible and generally within one working day. Usually, the same day. Allow more time at the weekends and during holiday periods.
