If you are using Windows 8 (or later) you can experience issues with Guardian freezing and/or the software crashing completely. The markets load okay but when you select a market the cursor shows the hour glass and it freezes. This is often caused by the "Aero" function within Windows.
To resolve this, enter settings where you will see "Use Aero Glass on window frames" under the Display tab. This has a check mark in it by default. Remove the check mark, click Save and then close the settings editor. If you do not have a user profile already created, Bet Angel will ask you to create one. Just give it a memorable name and save.
This should resolve the issue.
