We get a lot of support requests from concerned users of Norton anti-virus products. For some reason Norton SONAR flags Bet Angel as a potentially dangerous file when it is in fact 100% safe. This is a false positive and Norton appears to be the only product flagging this issue.
You would need to add an exception to Norton to ensure smooth running of Bet Angel. Here is a discussion thread on the Norton community. If you scroll down you will see how to add an exclusion Adding an exception to Norton Security
